Mark Workman

Mark Workman joined Lincoln Property Company in 2019 and is responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies as well as supervising asset management efforts to ensure execution of business plans. In this role, Mark oversees the repositioning, development, leasing, financial, legal, disposition and joint venture relationship functions of the portfolio.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Mark led asset management efforts in Southern California as a Vice President for Rockwood Capital, a private real estate investment firm with $9 billion in AUM. Mark was responsible for the business plan execution of office, retail, multi-family, hotel and mixed-use assets with an aggregate portfolio valuation of over $2 billion, encompassing both existing and development projects. In this role, Mark partnered with Lincoln on two separate assets totaling nearly 750,000 sq. ft. and over $300M of value.

Mark began his career in Real Estate at KeyBank in 2006, before moving to Los Angeles in 2008 to work for AEW Capital Management, one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world with over $75 million in AUM across all property types in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
