Marshall Williamson

As Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services, Marshall Williamson brings over 30 years of real estate experience into creating valuable business solutions for his clients. His experience includes institutional property management and leasing, tenant/buyer representation, investment sales, value add redevelopment and strategic planning initiatives for municipalities and landowners. Collecting insight from each of his very different clients over the years, Marshall has developed a keen insight into the real estate decision making process. Having served small and large corporate clients from all sides of the transaction he leverages his understanding of all parties involved in a transaction to develop the best possible solution for his clients. Past and current clients include Atrium Health, Bolton & Menk, Brasfield & Gorrie, MSS, Charles Schwab, the Town of Mooresville and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.

Prior to joining Lincoln in 2011, Marshall worked with a regional developer to oversee and grow a 650,000 sq.ft. portfolio of boutique office and medical office buildings. Serving as the Head of Leasing he was also in charge of acquisitions and dispositions. Having also served his clients from the CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield service platforms he has a firm understanding of the corporate services perspective of the business and is well-versed in thorough reporting and communications necessary to make his clients successful. Marshall had his formal start in the business with Spectrum Properties managing and leasing institutional grade office investment.
