Matt Balsman

Matt Balsman is a Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company, leading its industrial construction platform across the country. Based out of Dallas, Texas, he works closely with local development teams across the country on industrial and distribution projects. In addition to his involvement on individual developments, he is responsible for advancing the project standards and best practices for the national industrial platform.

Matt has over 17 years of experience in the design and construction industry. His experience covers ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvement work in a wide range of sectors that includes warehouse, distribution center, single-story office, multi-story office, and retail centers. In his 10 years with Lincoln, Matt has been responsible for over 10 million sq. ft. of ground up development and 300+ interiors and capital improvement projects, primarily in the industrial sector.
