Matt Craft is Executive Vice President of Lincoln Property Company. He is responsible for sourcing and executing corporate and institutional office real estate transaction services and development in the Southwest. With over 30 years of real estate experience, Matt brings a unique perspective to his clients because of his background in representing both tenants and landlords. Prior to joining Lincoln, Matt was a Managing Director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s tenant representation group, representing national tenants such as New York Life, IPG, JPMorgan Chase, UHG, and BNY Mellon.

Prior to joining JLL, Matt was a Principal at Trammell Crow Company, where he was responsible for project leasing of over 6 million sq. ft. of office space, including notable buildings such as Trammell Crow Center, 2100 McKinney, Chase Tower, and 2100 Ross. Matt is currently involved in several civic and charitable organizations, including: Board of Governors, Downtown Dallas, Inc.; Church Council, Highland Park United Methodist Church; member, Salesmanship Club of Dallas; and member, The Touchdown Club.

Matt has also served on the board of directors of Momentous Institute, Downtown Dallas, Inc., West End Association, Visiting Nurses Association of Texas, Highland Park United Methodist Church, Central Dallas Association, Downtown Improvement District, Park Cities YMCA, and the McKinney Avenue Transit Authority.
