Matt Fergus

Matt Fergus is a Vice President within Lincoln Property Company’s Office Leasing Group, specializing in representing Landlords with the leasing and marketing of office properties throughout Atlanta.

Matt began his real estate career as a student intern with Cushman & Wakefield’s Inc. Research Team, in Atlanta. Following graduation from the University of Georgia, Matt joined Lincoln’s Office Leasing Group. Over the past eight years, Matt has added value to office properties throughout Atlanta for Institutional and Private Owners. Matt works directly on the leasing of over 2.5 million sq. ft. of office product throughout Atlanta. Current and previous clients include B Group Capital Management, Redline Property Partners, ICM Realty Group, Crestlight Capital, TerraCap and GlenField Capital. Matt has completed over 354 transacations at over $291,000,000.
