Matt Hickey

Matt was promoted to Vice President in a multifaceted role in 2023, leading Lincoln’s Property Company leasing and acquisitions efforts in the Chicagoland area. Matt leads a team of brokers for a portfolio of Class A and Trophy office buildings that totals 5.5 million sq. ft. Matt leverages a vast professional network to identify prospects, maintain market intel databases, and help clients maximize value. Additionally, Matt oversees all property marketing campaigns. RE Journals identified Matt as one of its Emerging Leaders of the Year in 2023.
Matt Hickey joined Lincoln in August 2015. Within Matt’s first three years at Lincoln, the suburban leasing portfolio nearly doubled to over 4 MM square feet. Lincoln has regularly been nominated for Property Representatives of the Year and Deal of the Year by its peers since Matt joined the company.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Matt spent 3 years with Jones Lang LaSalle’s suburban leasing team as an Associate Broker. Dedicating most of his time to the Arden Realty/GE Capital portfolio in the East-West Corridor, he worked diligently to hone his expertise in Class A real estate in that submarket. While at JLL, Matt was involved in over 60 transactions per year while overseeing 4 million sq. ft. of class A real estate. At the time of his departure, Matt was an active Executive Committee member of the firm’s Young Guns organization. Over the course of his career, Matt has successfully completed transactions totaling 5.5 million sq. ft.
