Matthew Heisley

Matthew Heisley is Senior Vice President of Lincoln Property Company’s Retail division, leading national mixed-use pursuits of leasing and development. Matthew joined Lincoln in 2023 after spending 16 years at Open Realty Advisors, now a Newmark company, with a primary focus on the Landlord Advisory business.

Some of the clients Matthew has served include Baupost Group, Kimco, Prudential, Trademark Property Company, Oliver McMillan and Invesco on mixed-use projects valued in excess of $2 billion.  Noteworthy projects include River Oaks District (Houston, TX), Music Lane (Austin, TX), Canal Shops (New Orleans, LA), Knox/Henderson Avenue (Dallas, TX), Grand Boulevard (San Destin, FL), Buckhead Village (Atlanta, GA), Hill Country Galleria (Austin, TX) and Legacy West (Plano, TX).   Additionally, Matthew worked with his colleagues for the national expansion of tenants such as Restoration Hardware, Lululemon, Tesla, Warby Parker, and Apple.

Previously, Matthew was a partner at a Sports marketing firm, RMG3. The company’s core business was Media, Marketing and Merchandising for significant clients including U.S. Men’s National Soccer, FIFA, Fox Sports, Arena Football League, Alltel Communications, Speedway Motorsports and M&M/Mars Corp.
