Merrill Turnbull is an experienced and dedicated leasing professional. He joined Lincoln Property Company in 1999, co-leading their Washington, D.C. leasing group. In the last two decades, Merrill has completed successful deals worth over $1.8 billion involving 11.5 million sq. ft. of leases for both tenants and landlords alike.
Merrill’s outstanding achievements earned him recognition as a CoStar Power Broker from 2011 to 2020, as well as a member of the Washington DC Chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office properties (NAIOP). Well-known for his commitment to excellence, Merrill brings ample experience and knowledge to every project he takes on.
