Mickey Plotkin brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry to his role as Lincoln’s Manager of Development and Construction. In this position, he oversees all aspects of development, re-development, and construction for the company’s extensive portfolio of over 7.7 million sq. ft. With a background that includes working on the owner, tenant and general contractor side of the business, Mickey’s unique perspective allows him to understand the individual and common goals of all parties involved in a project.

Prior to joining Lincoln in 2019, Mickey managed over 3 million sq. ft. of construction across various asset types, including office, restaurant, retail, industrial, and base building projects. His impressive portfolio includes notable developments such as Lincoln Crossing Redevelopment, Ascent Commerce Center, Park 36 Industrial and Junction Food and Drink, all located in Colorado. With his experience and expertise, Mickey is well-equipped to lead Lincoln’s construction and development efforts and ensure the success of their projects.
