Monique Bardino

Monique Bardino joined Lincoln Property Company in September of 2020 as Director of Property Management for South Florida. With over 15 years of industry experience, Monique oversees all operations and property management services for South Florida’s tri-county market, including West Palm, Broward County, and Miami Dade County. In her current role, she manages a team of 20 professionals in the property management department and maintains constant communication with various third-party owners to ensure they are being serviced properly by our team members. Her expertise lies in Office, Industrial, medical office, IOS, and retail assets.

Monique brings a wealth of experience with her from recently overseeing Downtown
Doral a premier town center and vibrant community consisting of Class A Office Buildings, Retail Centers, Commercial Association and vacant land totaling over one million sq. ft. She has a background of developing individual building strategies and goals with multiple ownerships, transitioning building management for new developments and building assignments; and managing all fiscal activities such as monthly reporting, budget preparation and operations analysis.

Prior to Lincoln, Monique held a position as the General Manager at Codina Partners, where she oversaw the successful redevelopment of Downtown Doral, a mixed-use site that consisted of office, retail, residential, and educational components. She has also worked with prominent real estate companies such as Hines, Crescent Real Estate and Pointe Group Advisors, where she managed large-scale properties and handled complex fiscal activities.
