Since joining Lincoln Property Company in 1995, Nancy has grown the Human Resources function from a regional department size of one to her role today as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, including a team of HR professionals. Nancy and the HR team partner with senior management and all stakeholders to strategically connect all facets of human resources with Lincoln’s culture, vision, mission, and values. She dedicates her expertise in talent acquisition, retention, development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement as well as organizational development to fulfill Lincoln’s human capital goals and to be regarded nationally and internationally as the employer of choice. She is committed to fostering a collaborative work environment and empowering employees to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of our company.
Nancy’s start in commercial real estate began with the full-time job she held through college with a commercial real estate appraisal firm.
