Nat Klein serves as Senior Vice President with Lincoln Property Company as the Strategic Director of the nationwide Lincoln Healthcare Leasing platform. His areas of specialty are healthcare project leasing, healthcare tenant representation, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, market analysis, new development analysis, portfolio and financial analysis, property management, and property valuation.
Throughout his career, Nat has worked with a multitude of clients including HCA Heath System, Healthpeak, SRP, Welltower, PRT-Doc. REIT, Nexcore, Lincoln Advisors, Ardent Health System, Common Spirit Health System, Montecito, Harrison Street, Remedy, Baylor Scott & White, Methodist Healthcare System, Virtus, HealthSouth, Orbvest, Dallas Cowboys, and more. Nat joined Lincoln in 2001, and during his 25-year healthcare real estate career he has been directly responsible for closing over 1,200 commercial transactions.
