Nathan Bortnick is Senior Vice President at Lincoln Property Company and represents both landlords and tenants throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area focusing on office and industrial/flex assets. With over 16 years of experience providing commercial real estate advisory services, Nathan prides himself on strong communications skills that have helped foster long-term business relationships. Nathan is responsible for overseeing approximately 2.5 million sq. ft. of assets throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. As native of Montgomery County, Nathan offers in-depth market knowledge, insight and networking capabilities to his clients.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Nathan was vice president of Maryland Leasing at Transwestern as well as assistant vice president at HBW Group, representing both tenants and landlords in the Washington, D.C., metro area. Earlier in his career, Nathan worked as an associate at EDGE Commercial Real Estate.
