Nico Coulouras has been active in the Sacramento, Bay Area, Denver and Salt Lake City Real Estate markets for the past 40 years. Through his capital relationships, Nico has been directly involved in over $1 billion of acquisitions, dispositions and development. At Lincoln Property Company, Nico serves as Senior Vice President of the Sacramento market and utilizes his depth of knowledge in asset management, leasing, capital and tenant improvement construction and building renovation of office and industrial space to drive success in the region.
Nico has leased and overseen the tenant improvement construction and renovation of over 10 million sq. ft. of office space in Sacramento, the San Francisco Bay Area, Denver and Salt Lake City. In addition, Mr. Coulouras has leased over 2 million sq. ft. throughout California.
