Paul Pierron joined Lincoln Property Company’s Development and Construction Project Management team in 2021. His primary role is providing project management oversight on various life science and tenant improvement projects, while collaborating with design professionals on all phases of a project’s life cycle. Paul also provides insight on potential land and building asset acquisitions for new developments in the mission critical, life science and industrial markets.
Prior to Lincoln, Paul worked for a national construction management firm, dealing in the mission critical, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and K-12 educational sectors. Paul graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a B.S. in Construction Management.
