Rex Lowe is the Executive Vice President of Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions healthcare service operations team. With over 48 million sq. ft. of healthcare real estate under his team’s management, Rex oversees a diverse portfolio of 71 individual and distinct healthcare clients across 36 states.
Rex brings a wealth of experience to his role, having previously worked as a leasing broker for Swearingen and Equitable Real Estate Services in Dallas. In addition to his impressive resume in the real estate industry, Rex is also a licensed broker in nine states and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Tech University. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in the success of Lincoln’s healthcare service operations.
