From 1995 through August of 2001, Rhodes was a Marketing Associate on the NationsBank / Bank of America accounts for which Lincoln provided full-spectrum services. His responsibilities included the acquisition of leased properties, lease renewals, lease buyouts/terminations, subleases, leasing of owned assets and acquisition/disposition of owned properties in the states of Texas, Florida and Georgia.
In 2001, Rhodes was promoted to Vice President and began providing similar transaction services on other accounts including HCA, Cingular, Bank of Texas and HealthSouth. In 2006, Rhodes was promoted to Senior Vice President and is currently working with clients such as Wells Fargo Advisors, Hilltop Securities, PlainsCapital Bank, PrimeLending, HCA, Universal Health Services and Texas Back Institute.
