Richard Coppola

Richard Coppola is an Assistant Vice President on the Suburban Maryland leasing team, representing both landlords and tenants throughout Maryland. Richard joined Lincoln Property Company in 2019 as a Market Research Associate supporting the Suburban Maryland and Baltimore leasing teams. In this role he provided market insight, gathered lease comps, oversaw the quarterly market reports for the Suburban Maryland and Baltimore markets, and assisted with creation of marketing materials.

Prior to Lincoln, Richard worked as a Research Associate at CoStar Group for two years, where he gathered lease and sale comp information, and tracked market statistics for the New York City office and retail markets
