Richie Faulkenberry

As a Senior Vice President for Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions group, Richie Faulkenberry currently serves in a leadership position on the national healthcare services platform. In this role, Richie supports healthcare clients ranging from a global investment company to medical REITs of varying size, non-for-profit hospitals, and regional companies. Richie’s expertise lies in building and maintaining strong partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors and industry leaders. He leverages his experience to assist both owners and users of medical real estate. Furthermore, Richie has assisted hospital systems in working through varying strategy initiatives focusing on growth and compliance.

Richie joined Lincoln in 1995 as Director of Security for Bank of America Corporate Center. For over 28 years, Richie has worked on various assignments that have allowed him to develop a broad base for understanding the intricacies of real estate management, acquisition, growth strategies, and client management.
