Rick has over 37 years of commercial real estate experience Over the last 28 years Rick has worked on the development and ownership representation side with Lincoln Property Company/SJP Properties, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Gale & Wentworth, and again with Lincoln Property Company. During his career, Rick, has negotiated over 500 deals totaling 8.4 million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $1.9 billion.

Over the last three years, Rick has completed 90 deals totaling just over 850,000 sq. ft. for a value of $350 million dollars. With this successful leasing activity, the overall occupancy for these properties currently exceeds 95% leased.

Throughout his career, Rick has represented several prestigious institutional corporate clienteles including UBS Realty Advisors, AIG, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Cornerstone Realty – Mass Mutual Insurance, INVESCO, Principal Real Estate Investors, JMB, Prudential, AEW Capital, TA Associates, Cabot Partners, General Electric Credit Corporation & Delta Dental of New Jersey Inc. Rick started his career in 1982 as a broker with CBRE.
