Robert deGolian

Robert deGolian is a Leasing Associate within Lincoln Property Company’s Office Leasing Group, specializing in representing Landlords with the leasing and marketing of office properties throughout Atlanta.

Robert began his real estate career as a student intern at Loudermilk Companies LLC in Atlanta, before interning the following year at Lincoln. Following graduation, Robert joined Lincoln’s Office Leasing Group.

Over the past four years at Lincoln, Robert has added value to office properties throughout Atlanta for Institutional and Private Owners. Robert works directly on the leasing of over 3 million sq. ft. of office product throughout Atlanta. Current and previous clients include Real Capital Solutions, HD Realty, Crestlight Capital, The Atlantic Companies, The Simpson Organization and CAG Holdings.
