Russell Paul

Russell Paul is the Vice President and National Facilities Director at Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions healthcare team. He brings a wealth of experience in overseeing engineering and capital teams, managing capital improvements and providing engineering support across various markets such as San Jose, Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, Miami and Philadelphia.

With a background in the military, Russell spent 7 years as an active-duty Marine, where he served as the 1st FSSG Facilities Maintenance NCOIC. After his time in the Marine Corps, he returned to Texas to pursue his degree and eventually joined Lincoln Harris as a Building Engineer. He also gained experience working for JLL and CBRE before returning to Lincoln as a Regional Facilities Director in 2017.

Russell’s expertise in the field is evident through his leadership in notable projects such as The Star development, 833 Chestnut façade restoration and 1650 Rosedale redevelopment. His extensive knowledge and experience make him a valuable asset to the Lincoln team.
