Ryan Childs

Ryan Childs is Vice President of Development and Construction for the San Diego Region at Lincoln Property Company. Ryan has over 15 years of professional construction management and development experience. He brings significant experience and specialized expertise with various product types, including industrial facilities, healthcare-related facilities, and life science and biotech projects. He will leverage this expertise to assist the team in pursuing and implementing similar projects.

Throughout his career, Ryan has successfully developed and delivered complex large-scale projects, and has managed construction initiatives totaling more than 15 million sq. ft. Ryan has long-standing experience working with general contractors throughout the San Diego region, while overseeing and driving each aspect of the development, pre-construction, and construction processes. During his time with Lincoln, Ryan has played an integral role in 6.5 million sq. ft. of recent ground-up development activity and $4.9 billion in recent construction management activity in the San Diego region.
