Shane Froman

Shane Froman is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in property management and business development. As the Senior Vice President, Shane oversees the management of properties in Georgia and Alabama, utilizing his expertise in top-level management, accounting, engineering and construction. He is known for his ability to identify and capitalize on value-add opportunities for clients’ assets, across multiple asset types.

Prior to his current role at Lincoln, Shane served as the Director of Business Development for Angus Systems, where he focused on client relations nationwide and implemented systems for some of the largest real estate operators in North America. He played a crucial role in helping clients utilize internet and wireless technologies to streamline workflow and improve communication between building owners, property managers, tenants, staff and vendors.

Throughout his career, Shane has held various positions in prestigious properties, including Bank of America Plaza and 191 Peachtree Center in Atlanta. He has also contributed to the development of notable properties such as Echo Street West and Georgia International Trade Center in savanna. With his extensive experience and expertise, Shane is a valuable member of any real estate team.
