Shannon Amato

Shannon joined Lincoln Property Company in 1999, and is located in the Washington, DC office. She is the Senior Vice President of Accounting for the administrative offices in Washington, DC, New Jersey, New York, Boston, Houston, and Lincoln’s data center division. She is also responsible for the oversight of the property accounting team, consisting of approximately 100 team members and 450 monthly reporting packages.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Shannon was employed in the hospitality industry where she was responsible for the administration and accounting functions of a local hotel. Shannon graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland and received her Certified Public Accounting License from Virginia. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Virginia Society of CPAs.
