Stephen Lindgren is Senior Vice President and Market Leader with Lincoln Property Company’s Los Angeles office, where he oversees all business lines and investment activities for the market. Since joining Lincoln in 2012, Stephen has been involved with 6.5 million sq. ft. in acquisition and development opportunities, totaling over $3.2 billion in value.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Stephen served as an Associate in CBRE’s analytics group, where he led the financial structuring and underwriting of over 50 million sq. ft. of office, industrial, and retail properties, totaling over $5 billion in value.
