Terence Kirk

Terence Kirk is an Executive Vice President within Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions group. In this role, Terence leads Lincoln’s global Account Advisory team, overseeing transaction management, portfolio strategy and consulting for corporate occupiers. He is based in Lincoln’s Los Angeles office.

Terence began his career at the CBRE Headquarters located in the Downtown Los Angeles office prior to his move to Colliers in 2013. Over the course of his career, Terence has been involved in the strategic consulting, transaction management, lease administration and project management of over 40 million sq. ft. of office space globally. He has led large scale real estate projects for notable clients across several industries including financial and professional services, media and entertainment, technology, and consumer goods conglomerates. With experience both in the public and private sector, Terence can effectively provide to his clients increased profit margins via an efficient and strategic approach to the real estate portfolio.
