He currently serves as the Senior Vice President for the Washington, DC region. Terry’s impressive track record includes successfully negotiating the renewal of CIS Secured Computing, Inc in Ashburn, VA, a 65,000 sq.ft. government contracting company. He also assisted Bluestone Investment Partners, a private equity group, in their move to a high-end building in Tysons Corner, VA, where they leased 6,000 sq. ft. to accommodate their growing business. Additionally, Amling played a key role in securing new space for Sandler Reiff, a law firm looking to take advantage of the exceptional market for tenants.
