Tim Latham is a 22-year veteran in Boston commercial real estate and a Senior Vice President with Lincoln Property Company’s Suburban Brokerage Group. Tim leverages decades of industry experience to deliver best-in-class biotech brokerage services for owner and occupier clients. His in-depth knowledge of the Greater Boston life science market and scientific facilities delivers more options to his clients and enables them to achieve the best transaction economics.
Tim specializes in infrastructure-intensive transactions, primarily representing Tenants in corporate relocations, expansions, renewal negotiations, property acquisitions/dispositions, and strategic long-term real estate planning. During the course of his career, Tim has closed 500+ commercial real estate transactions, encompassing 7 million square feet with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $1.0 billion.
His clients include established Fortune 500 firms, large and mid-cap publicly traded biotech companies, as well as early-stage venture backed firms with limited resources and ambitious occupancy needs. He understands the unique nature of the life science real estate cycle – finding the right lab space in the right location, at the right cost and on time is critical.
While earning his MBA from Boston College, Tim learned to view real estate decisions in the context of overall strategic corporate objectives. As a CCIM designee, he has the knowledge and experience to bring a competitive advantage to every brokerage assignment including strategic and master planning for long-term real estate needs.
