Tim Whitebread

Tim Whitebread is an Assistant Vice President in Lincoln Property Company’s Washington, D.C. office, focused on achieving exceptional outcomes for his landlord and tenant clients. His nine years of experience at Lincoln, Carr Properties, and CBRE have given him a unique skillset that includes financial analysis, lease negotiation, and market research.

Tim has represented many notable office buildings and development projects in Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland – including Midtown Center, 1700 New York Avenue, 901 K Street, 2300 N Street, and 2001 Pennsylvania Avenue. Tim serves as a co-chair of the Events Committee for the Commercial Real Estate Brokers Association.
