Todd Rogers

Todd Rogers is the Director of Real Estate Valuation Services for the Corporate Advisory & Solutions group at Lincoln Property Company. His responsibilities include the oversight of all Stark-compliant fair market rental valuations, appraisals, and FF&E work. He has over 30 years of experience in the valuation profession and holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Todd owned and managed an independent appraisal firm since 1995, specializing in a variety of commercial, industrial, and right-of-way valuation services. In addition, he has held numerous leadership positions within the Appraisal Institute and other professional groups, with multiple awards for outstanding service. He is also a member of the State of Tennessee Assessment Appeals Commission, the International Right-of-Way Association, and the Tennessee Appraiser Coalition.
