Trever Nicoll is responsible for Lincoln Property Company’s business activity in the Mountain West including acquisitions/ investments, developments, asset repositioning, asset management, and deal execution across Idaho, Utah, and Montana.

He has a proven track record of success integrating with the firm’s business line leaders and teams—including Property Management, Construction Management, and Occupier Services—to ensure efficient, local delivery of the full Lincoln services platform. He also plays a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s portfolio across the region, and is responsible for coordinating all parties to deliver ground-up developments and redevelopment projects.

With extensive experience overseeing large-scale commercial and mixed-use development projects from planning through delivery, Trever has facilitated over 2,100,000 sq. ft. in the last two years alone, with a total to-be-built cost of over $500M. He has extensive experience with complex, multi-phase projects. His most recent projects include River Club (671,000 SF/$250M), a 23- acre development in Garden City and one of the largest mixed-use land opportunities in the Boise area, Sky Ranch (400,000 sq. ft. / $65 million), a 22-acre Industrial development, and EastPort (1,100,000) sq. ft. / $185 million), an 80-acre Industrial business park.
