Trish Williams

Trish Williams is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management and leasing. As Vice President of Leasing at Lincoln Property Company since 2013, Trish is responsible for the marketing and leasing of the company’s office building portfolio in Austin, Texas.

With a background in leasing for prestigious companies such as PRE Management and Crescent Real Estate, Trish brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company, Trish leased the PRE Management portfolio of Austin suburban office buildings. She was also the Senior Leasing Manager for Crescent Real Estate portfolio and managed and leased a three building Class A portfolio on behalf of Maier, Seibel, Baber through CBRE. In addition, Trish leased the Equity Office portfolios in Houston, Austin and New Orleans during her nine-year tenure.
