Vickie Rathman

Vickie Rathman is Senior Vice President of Client Services for Lincoln Property Company’s Corporate Advisory & Solutions group and serves as the Director of Asset Management for key healthcare assets. She also co-manages the Professional Innovations & Efficiencies platform, where she is responsible for identifying and integrating best practices, maximizing process efficiencies, enhancing the consistency and quality of internal operations, and facilitating cross discipline collaboration amongst the company service lines. She is continually involved in the implementation of policies and procedures.

Vickie joined Lincoln in 2004 and has also served as a Senior Property Manager and Vice President of Lease Administration. Her expertise also includes property operations, budgeting, financial reporting, due diligence, lease transactions, lease administration, contracts and insurance administration, process development, training, staff development and construction management.
