Webber Beall III

As an Executive Vice President, Webber Beall is a senior officer of the Corporate Advisory & Solutions (CAS) group and the Managing Director of the Healthcare Services group. His responsibilities include executive-level corporate advisory services and management and oversite of the Healthcare Services group, which provides full-scope healthcare real estate services for a national portfolio of 46+ million sq. ft. Webber’s primary areas of specialty are Strategy Development, Business Development, Strategic Advisory Services and Transaction Management.

Webber has developed and executed real estate strategies for numerous healthcare and corporate clients and has closed over 1,000 transactions. Notable clients include HCA, HealthPeak, Welltower, Baylor Scott & White, Dallas Cowboys, PRT, HealthSouth, Methodist Healthcare System, San Antonio Spurs and Memorial Hermann. Webber has held a number of civic and philanthropic board positions and has been with Lincoln since 1991.
