The prevailing view in today’s business world is that amenities are the key factor drawing U.S. workers to office spaces. Since 2020, assumptions about the role the office plays in U.S. business have been much studied, frequently informed by the views of company leaders and office building owners, and firms have made large investments in office amenities based on that research. In our research report about this survey, we delve into how different cohorts within the multi-generational workforce perceive a variety of amenities, shaping preferences for their working environments.
