Barrett Summitt Building 200 Sale

Lincoln arranged the sale of Barrett Summit Building 200 In Kennesaw, Georgia, to Ser Familia on behalf of Tioga Capital. Ser Familia, a nonprofit organization that empowers Latino families through educational programs, workshops, and retreats that allow them to thrive and enjoy a healthy family environment, will occupy the entire 80,000-sq.-ft., two-story building. Lincoln’s Matt Fergus, Vice President, and Seabie Hickson, Vice President, represented the seller in the transaction.

“We are pleased to see that the improvements we have made to the buildings are driving demand,” Fergus said. “Ser Familia was great to work with and we are excited to have them as part of Barrett Summitt Office Park.”

The sale of Building 200 combined with the 27,000-sq.-ft. lease to Plateau Excavation that Lincoln completed late last year brings total activity to over 107,000-sq.-ft. These two transactions come following Tioga’s acquisition in 2022 and subsequent renovation in 2023.

The building, part of a 15-acre corporate campus, is close to Barrett Parkway, I-75, I-575 and Hwy. 41, the Noonday Creek Trail and McCollum Field.

Executive Park New Leases

Lincoln’s Fergus and Hickson represented the landlord, Emory, in an 8,473-sq.-ft. lease with Emory Geriatrics and a 9,928-sq.-ft. lease with the Emory School of Nursing at 57 Executive Park in Atlanta.

The two-story medical/office building is near major hospitals, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention headquarters, and Buckhead, and Is a short drive from Midtown Atlanta.

200 Ashford Center Lease Renewal

Lincoln’s Fergus and Hickson, along with Hunter Henritze, Executive Vice President, arranged a 26,938-sq.-ft. lease renewal at Atlanta’s 200 Ashford Center North with Bovis, Kyle, Burch and Medlin, LLC on behalf of TerraCap.

200 Ashford Center North is Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, LLC’s headquarters; the firm also has offices in Cumming, Georgia, Greensboro, North Carolina, and Charleston, South Carolina.

The 157,317-sq.-ft., six-level Class A office building includes a health and fitness center with locker rooms and showers, outdoor seating and meeting areas, and conference center.
