Lincoln Property Company Awarded Leasing & Management Assignment for Ameris Center in Atlanta

ATLANTA, June 18, 2024 – Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global, full-service real estate firm, announced that it has been awarded a leasing and management assignment for Ameris Center, a two-building, 532,000-sq.-ft. Class A office complex in Atlanta, from B Group Capital Management (“B Group”), who recently purchased the buildings. As part of the assignment, Lincoln will provide leasing, property management, construction management and ESG services.

B Group Capital Management continues to strengthen its presence in the Atlanta market with the recent acquisition of Ameris Center. This significant acquisition propels the company’s office portfolio to twelve properties, encompassing over 1.6 million square feet of office holdings in Atlanta.

Since entering the market in 2017, B Group Capital Management has swiftly established themselves as a key player in the Atlanta metro area. Their latest acquisition in the Buckhead submarket marks their presence in five of the metro’s submarkets, showcasing their remarkable success and ongoing expansion in the market.

Ameris Center One and Two are located at 3490 and 3500 Piedmont Road NE in Atlanta’s Buckhead submarket.

Lincoln’s Matt Fergus, Seabie Hickson, Michael Howell, and Gil Russell will lead leasing for the property. Lincoln’s Shane Froman, Chis Senden, and Jennnifer Hensel will lead property management.
