Lincoln Property Company Inks Four New Leases, Renewal at Gwinnett Office Building

ATLANTA, Wed. 17, 2024 – Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) has secured four new leases and a lease renewal at Spectrum 2915 Premiere Parkway, an 80,513-square-foot, Class-A office building located in Duluth, Georgia. Lincoln Executive Vice President Hunter Henritze, Vice President Matt Fergus and Vice President Seabie Hickson handle leasing on behalf of the owner, TerraCap Management.

Following the new leases, Spectrum 2915 is now fully occupied. The deals include:

  • Mitsubishi. Mitsubishi signed a new 6,873-square-foot lease at the building. Maren Christian of JLL represented the tenant.
  • THC, Inc. and The Whitlock Group. Program management firm THC, Inc. and insurance agency The Whitlock Group signed a 5,200-square-foot lease. Rob Coatsworth and Jeff Richardson at CTR Partners represented the tenant group.
  • Holt Consulting. Holt Consulting signed a new 4,000-square-foot lease. Rob Coatsworth and Jeff Richardson at CTR Partners represented the tenant.
  • MLC CAD Systems. MLC CAD Systems, a value-add provider of 3D printing software, signed a new 3,200-square-foot lease. Candy McIntyre of Brand Properties represented the tenant.
  • Moneypenny. Moneypenny, a leading provider of answering services, also renewed its 27,906-square-foot lease. Doug Eidson with Scotland Wright represented the tenant.

Spectrum 2915 is adjacent to Spectrum 2905, another 80,670-square-foot, Class-A office building. Both buildings are situated within the Business Park at Sugarloaf, a master-planned office park featuring nearly 500,000 square feet of Class-A office space in Gwinnett County. The property is conveniently located off of I-285, just 12 miles from GA-400. Spectrum 2915 and 2905 offer immediate access to banks, fine and casual dining, the Infinite Energy Center and a number of nearby amenities.

In 2020, Lincoln announced a significant renovation of both office buildings, modernizing the suites to feature a mix of open-ceiling concepts, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, solid surface countertops and top-of-the-line finishes throughout.
