Lincoln Property Company Lands Management Assignment for Industrial Property in Rex, Georgia

Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) announced today that it has been awarded the property management assignment for 9485 Highway 42, a premier industrial distribution center in Rex, Georgia. Lincoln Senior Vice President Shane Froman and Senior Portfolio Manager Industrial Lead, Kim Steward, and Senior Portfolio Manager, Natalie Matteson, will oversee management on behalf of the owner, EverWest Real Estate Investors.

Located along Highway 42 North in Rex, 9485 Highway 42 is a 271,621-square-foot industrial development which includes two Class-A distribution warehouses. The property sits less than a mile from I-675 and offers convenient access to I-75 and I-285. It is also just over 20 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

The two buildings, spanning 139,878 square feet and 131,462 square feet, feature 32’ clear heights, 72 dock-high, rear-load configuration and a shared truck court. In addition, the buildings offer flexibility to accommodate small-to-midsize, multi-tenant users.
