Lincoln Property Company Negotiates Four Deals at 50 Glenlake in Central Perimeter

Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) has secured two new leases and two lease renewals at 50 Glenlake, a 143,000-square-foot office complex in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. Lincoln’s Vice President Seabie Hickson, Vice President Matt Fergus, and Executive Vice President Michael Howell represented the landlord, B Group Capital Management, in these transactions.

The four deals include:

• Bull Realty, a commercial real estate sales, leasing and advisory firm, renewed its 15,705-square-foot lease. Michael Bull represented his firm in the deal.
• The Renfrew Center of Georgia renewed its 5,234-square-foot lease. Doug Eidson of Scotland Wright Associates represented the tenant.
• First Industrial Realty Trust, an owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, signed a 3,382-square-foot lease at the building. Dom Wyant of JLL represented the tenant.
• Sandy Springs Endodontics signed a 2,203-square-foot lease at the building. Katie Sentell of Pollock Commercial, Inc. represented the tenant.

B Group Capital Management recently oversaw major renovations to the property, including building out all new corridors, renovating the lobby with a new customer lounge and providing outdoor seating by the café for tenants. The elevators and restrooms on site were also upgraded.

Located on Glenlake Parkway, 50 Glenlake has available office spaces ranging in size from 2,486 square feet to 10,794 square feet.
