Lincoln Property Company Secures Lease at Cobb Corporate Center

Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) has negotiated a new lease at Cobb Corporate Center in Marietta, Georgia. Lincoln Senior Leasing Associate Seabie Hickson, Vice President Matt Fergus and Senior Vice President Hunter Henritze represented the building owner, TerraCap Management LLC.

Daikin Applied Americas, Inc, a Fortune 1000 HVAC and air conditioning company, has inked a 16,311-square-foot lease in Cobb Corporate Center’s 450 Building. The lease brings the roughly 200,000-square-foot property to approximately 96% leased and will mark Daikin Applied’s first location in Georgia. Greg Dickerson with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

The five-building office park underwent major renovations and boasts an attractive, landscaped setting with immediate access to I-75. Available office spaces range from 3,000 square feet to 8,000 square feet, and the property features a new amenity center, whitebox spaces with 12-foot ceilings, move-in ready suites, ample parking and manicured green spaces.
