Lincoln Property Company Secures Three Leases at The Park at Windward Concourse
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated two new leases and once lease renewal totaling 12,500 square feet at The Park at Windward Concourse, a 202,232-square-foot, two-building office park in Alpharetta, Georgia. Lincoln’s Executive Vice President Michael Howell, Vice President Seabie Hickson and Vice President Matt Fergus represented the landlord.
The deals include:
- Heart and Vascular Care Inc. signed a 6,000-square-foot lease in a new deal. Chris Witcher of Newmark represented the tenant.
- Toi Toi USA, a provider of portable toilets and sanitation, signed a 5,000-square-foot lease in a new deal, represented by Tom Tindall and Brooks Morris of Cresa.
- Dataset Inc., a provider of IT solutions, signed a lease renewal of 1,500 square feet in a direct deal.
“This building presents the opportunity for users to work close to their homes, as employees are relocating to the suburbs. The office campus is conveniently located in Alpharetta with easy access to high-quality amenities nearby, as well as to urban areas and city centers, ” said Lincoln’s Hickson. “We have enjoyed working with these three outstanding businesses on behalf of our client and welcome them to the neighborhood.”
Located at 1720 and 1725 Windward Concourse, the two-building office park is surrounded by greenery, giving it a relaxing and lush park-like feel. On-site amenities include a fitness center complete with locker rooms and showers, large conference and training facilities, free parking and 24/7 security video surveillance. The Park at Windward Concourse is centrally located, with proximity to popular mixed-use developments Avalon and Halcyon. The park will soon feature the new Diamond Interchange at McGinnis Ferry, providing convenient direct access to GA-400.
