Lincoln Property Company Tapped to Lease Industrial Facility in Conyers, Georgia

Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) has been selected to lease 2175 E Park Drive, an industrial complex in Conyers, Georgia. Vice President Turner Fortin and Associate Colin Beecham will oversee leasing on behalf of the landlord, Link Logistics.

2175 E Park Drive is a 226,256-square-foot industrial facility located off of Sigman Road, just a few miles from I-20 East in Conyers. The building features 28’ clear heights, two drive-in bays and 186 auto parking spaces, and a 1 acre expandable trailer storage area. Ownership is currently underway on a number of make-ready improvements to the building, which will be available to tenants in the beginning of 2024.

The Snapfinger/I-20 East industrial submarket saw a successful Q2 2023 with positive absorption of 162,061, according to a report from Lincoln. The submarket also had a vacancy rate of 5.9% for Q2 and delivered 163,035 square feet of development within the quarter, with 3,242,904 square feet currently under construction.
