Lincoln Property Company to Lead Retail Leasing for Shops at Towne Lake
Lincoln has provided management services at the Woodstock shopping center since 2018
Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) has been awarded the leasing assignment for Shops at Towne Lake, a Sprouts Farmers Market-anchored shopping center in Woodstock, Georgia. Lincoln has managed the development since 2018. Walt Davis, senior vice president of retail leasing at Lincoln, will lead leasing efforts on behalf of the owner.
“This is an exciting addition to our Atlanta-based retail leasing portfolio, following the expansion of our retail-focused line of business last fall,” said Lincoln’s Davis. “Lincoln has provided outstanding management services for Shops at Towne Lake over the past four years, and as we expand our services for this longtime client, we look forward to keeping the tenant lineup full of diverse, in-demand offerings to ensure Shops at Towne Lake meets the needs of this bustling community.”
Davis recently joined Lincoln’s Atlanta office from Dallas to expand and enhance its retail business line, focusing on leasing, acquisition and development in the Metro Atlanta region. Bringing more than 13 years of experience to the team, he will continue growing Lincoln’s retail leasing presence throughout the state of Georgia while establishing an Atlanta-based retail agency leasing team.
Shops at Towne Lake is located in Woodstock’s primary retail corridor off of Towne Lake Parkway, just a half-mile from I-575. The 77,781-square-foot center is situated in Towne Lake, a premier master-planned community in Cherokee County, which has turned into a popular commercial hub since its development in the late 1980s. Alongside Sprouts, Shops at Towne Lake houses a number of well-known retailers, restaurants and essential service providers including La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant, Tuesday Morning and LabCorp.
