Lincoln Property Company Appoints Mike Mrozek National Property Management Leader

Lincoln Property Company (“Lincoln”), a global, full-service real estate firm, announced that Mike Mrozek, has joined the company to lead its Property Management business nationally.

Mr. Mrozek has more than 15 years of property management leadership experience, most recently serving as CBRE’s Chief Operating Officer for Americas Property Management. In this role, he oversaw 1 billion sq. ft. of managed properties and more than 4,800 employees across the U.S., Latin America, and Canada. Before that, he led Property Management for CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Mrozek will focus on driving elevated service delivery across Lincoln’s Property Management and Engineering platforms, connecting teams and resources across geographies to better serve our clients. He will also be a key leader in the firm’s business development efforts focused on growth of its national third-party management business.

Lincoln currently manages and leases more than 557 million sq. ft. of office, industrial and retail properties across 35 U.S. markets, including both joint venture and client-owned assets.

Mr. Mrozek, who is based Lincoln’s Dallas headquarters, was named Market Leader of the Year in 2018 at his former firm. He received a B.S. from Cornell College.
