Lincoln Property Company Lands Leasing and Management Assignment at Prominent Buckhead Office Building

Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) announced today that it has been awarded the leasing and management assignment at Tower Place 100, in the Buckhead submarket of Atlanta. Lincoln Executive Vice President Hunter Henritze, Vice President Alex Port and Leasing Associate Maia Perri will oversee leasing, and Lincoln Senior Vice President Shane Froman, Senior Portfolio Manager Office Lead Carlton Harden, and Senior Portfolio Manager Laura Juteau will handle property management for Tower Place 100.

Tower Place 100 is a 29-story office building in the heart of Buckhead.  The property also encompasses Tower Walk and Tower Walk Creative Office, all together totaling nearly 763,000 square feet of space. Tower Place 100 offers upscale amenities for tenants including multiple dining options and direct access to a nearby MARTA station and GA-400.
