Blazing Trail Logistics Center
A multiphase four-building industrial development in Fort Worth.
In partnership with our joint venture partners, Affinius Capital and Stepp Investments, Lincoln is currently developing the Blazing Trail Logistics Center complex, a speculative distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas.
Four buildings comprise the first phase of a multiphase development on the property, which will ultimately accommodate up to 1.4 million square feet of diverse and functional logistics products. The buildings in Phase I range in size from 76,185 square feet to 339,846 square feet.
The building designs accommodate variable space sizes, clear heights, dock orientations, amenity areas, spec suites, and segregated truck/pedestrian drives. The project also offers immediate freeway accessibility on a super-in-fill site just north of Downtown Fort Worth.
The first four buildings will be completed by first quarter 2024, and preleasing is underway.
