699 Fourteenth is located on 14th and G Streets, NW on the site of an historic bank building, National Bank of Washington, that was built in the mid 1920’s. The site is located one block from the White House and received Historic Preservation approval in November ‘16/February ’17. The historic building will be joined with a new office tower to create 156,000 SF of trophy office and retail. Delivering 1Q 2020.
