Legacy Union is a two-block, 10.2 acre site adjacent to Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The uptown site will feature offices, retail shops, restaurants, hotels, residences, a parking garage, public green space and a pedestrian promenade leading to Bank of America Stadium.

The former site of The Charlotte Observer is where Phase 1 of this multiphase development is well underway. A 33-story, 841,000 square foot tower will be topped with a glass and steel lighted pyramid. The towering structure will add to an already impressive Charlotte skyline and rival many iconic Charlotte buildings. A grand staircase is expected to lead to a very expansive lobby with Italian marble incorporated throughout. This development will add much anticipated ground floor retail opportunities.

A new parking deck with over 2,600 spaces is planned directly across Church Street from the main office tower with a planned pedestrian bridge over South Church Street that will deliver in Phase 1. The expansive pedestrian promenade will offer plenty of outdoor seating on-site as well.

Phase 1 is scheduled for completion in 2020, but this highly anticipated space is already available for lease options now. The other four phases could include hotels, residences, as well as more office and retail.
